Founder and chairman of poika - Verein zur Förderung gendersensibler Bubenarbeit in Erziehung und Unterricht, he works for poika with children and young people as well as multipliers in the educational field and supports/networks in the field of violence prevention and gender-sensitive work.

He worked as a trained special school teacher (specialising in integrative and reform pedagogy) and speech therapy teacher with children and young people with different needs.

He works as a certified gender expert for the City of Vienna, AMS, Institut für Freizeitpädagogik, Wiener Kinderdrehscheibe, among others.
